2026 Spring Conference Hotel information

How to book: 
Until Tuesday, March 17, 2026, a limited number of rooms are available at a special myPITA rate from Thursday, April 16, 2026, to Sunday, April 19, 2026.
A limited number of rooms at a special rate are available.

  • Premier Studio $314.00*
*Includes the $25 per night resort fee.

Guests who wish to extend their stay should email the Hilton Reservations Team at [email protected]. 
To book by phone, please contact the Hilton's dedicated Reservations Center, which is open 24 hours a day for your convenience, by dialling, then press 1 for Reservations and provide them with the Group Code: PITC26 and Event Name: myPITA 2026.


Individual Guests will be required to guarantee their reservations by use of a major credit card. The Hotel will accept cancellation of Guest reservations up to 7 days before arrival. After that time, a full stay penalty will be processed on the individual’s credit card or master account, depending on the room & tax method of payment.

Additional Room Charges/Inclusions
  • Rates are subject to 16% tax (5% GST, 8% PST and 3% MRDT). Taxes are subject to change.
  • A Resort Fee of $25.00 per room per night, plus applicable taxes, will be added to each room night.
  • Rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are on a per-room, per-night basis.
  • A $30.00 charge is applicable for each additional adult (over 18 years old) over double occupancy.
  • Wireless guest room internet access, together with local telephone calls included in the guest room rate.
  • Nightly, secured underground parking is currently available at $38.00 per night (plus 5% GST) for self-parking, and valet parking is available for $41.00 per night (plus 5% GST). Parking rates are subject to change.
Guests calling in to the Hotel’s Reservations Department must specify the Group Code: PITC26 and Event Name: myPITA 2026. 
Individual reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Individual guests will be required to guarantee their reservations for late arrival by use of a major credit card. The Hotel will accept cancellations or changes to individual reservations up to 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, the credit card will be billed for the full duration of the stay, and no changes, early departures or refunds will be issued. 

  • One night's room and tax is required as a deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.
  • The remainder of the guest’s stay will be charged at 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is non-refundable
  • Name changes for reservations will be permitted until check-in for both the Rooming List and Call-In Reservations.
No Show Reservations
Any reservation which fails to materialize and has not been cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full stay room and tax to the credit card provided, in the case of individual reservations.

To receive the special room rates, bookings must be made ASAP. In the past, rooms have sold out.
