Try these 3-minute movement breaks that engage the whole body. Each movement can be done for 20 seconds with a 10 second break. Before starting, take two deep inhales followed by a short exhale to prepare the body for physical activity.
The first 1000 online conference registrants and all in-person Fall 2024 Conference attendees will receive an activity cube that compliments these activities.
